D.I.Y FEATHER SKIRTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Feather skirts are such a sensation on the runway. I've been trying to buy one but I tend to not find the perfect one for myself. Many stores have them, however, nothing is like making one that will fit you perfectly and look exactly how you want it. Below, I have posted the instructions in creating your own thanks to Style.com. You have the freedom in putting as many layers of feathers. Just remember to have fun! I sure will!!! You can find the plain black lycra skirt in Forever21 for $7.80 and the feathers and glue in a craft store :)
